Price:
6 Weeks for $54 (min. 4 people per class, max 8)

Dates:
March 1- April 5th (possible April 12th if the majority is gone the week of spring break. Spring break is Thursday/Friday but some might take the whole week off).

Class Info:  
Tuesday 8:30 am & 9:30 am.  (1 class per week)
Thursday 5:30 pm

Location:  Due to the nature of the class, we will use various locations throughout the 6 weeks.  The location will depend on the workout and also the weather.  You will receive a schedule so you know in advance where we will meet each week.  If there is any change in location due to weather, I will notify the group. 

Signup:
First RSVP to reserve your spot.  I would like to keep it at a max of 8 people per class so you get the coaching you signed up for.  With a week and a half before go time, I want to make sure I get classes organized so the soon the better.

Second, pay by Friday, February 26th to hold your spot.  You can drop payment off at my house, mail it or pay online with PayPal.

Last, send me your current 1 mile time and goals.  I don’t want a PR mile (unless it was current). I need a time from the last month.  If you are starting from scratch and don’t know the last time you ran a mile, let me know this. Don’t be afraid of this, it is to help me with placement for classes and program design.
